My work with individual clients will focus on what they want to achieve or change in their lives and how to bring that about.
Sometimes deep-seated beliefs from previous events in our lives can prevent us from fulfilling our potential in the present and those patterns need to be understood in order to release them and find a more effective way of leading your life now.
Key areas I can work with are anxiety, depression, relationship problems, low self-esteem, grief, work place issues and challenges, amongst others. My work will always involve my clients looking in depth at how they have previously responded to challenges based on past beliefs and examining what still holds true and what needs to change. It can feel challenging for the individual and you need to be open to new ideas and change in order to really make the progress you want to, but I will be there to be alongside and support you in this.
